Returns
We hope you are happy with your products and don't need to return any.
Any unwanted items must be sent back at the customer's expense in original packaging and condition. If you wish us to give you a quote for this please send us an e-mail, otherwise return the goods to:

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new re-saleable condition within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
We do not accept returns on any products that are discontinued or have been bought on sale.
Special orders are non-returnable
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
When returning items, please obtain proof of posting, as we cannot accept responsibility of any lost items in the post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- We do not deliver to your area
- If we do not have that product in stock
- If the price listed is incorrect or there was a typing error with the order.
- If we do cancel, you'll be notified wither by email or telephone and re-credit your account the amount deducted by us from your payment/card.
To cancel a contract with us, you just need to let us know that you have decided to do so. You can either contact us at info@reallymaria.com or by phone on 02035810909.
While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with Really Maria is positive.
Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
